Our trained team can install your pergola on a variety of surfaces, including concrete, wood, porcelain, composite decking and paving stones.

Frame Only – standard installation including frame and windscreens
Frame + Bolt-On – includes secure ground fixing (including porcelain)
To ensure a smooth installation (and avoid extra costs or delays), please prepare your site before our team arrives:
Base Preparation
The surface must be flat and level with no more than a 30 mm slope in any direction.
Suitable bases: smooth flag paving, timber or composite decking, or concrete foundations.
Paving must have solid cement/concrete underfoot positions.
Decking must have strong timber joists beneath.
Side screen alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven bases.
Power Supply
For electric pergolas and heaters, you’ll need your own qualified electrician.
Site Access
Ensure there’s clear access for our team, including parking and removal of any obstacles.
For safety, warranty, and quality reasons:
Please keep the product in its original, unopened packaging until our installers arrive.
If you’ve opened, assembled, modified, or damaged any part, you must inform us in writing at least 48 hours before installation.
If prior handling is undisclosed or results in damage, the installer may refuse the job. In such cases, the installation fee (or up to 100% of the cost) will still apply, and any replacement parts will be charged separately.
