Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free to most parts of the UK however there are some areas where we do have to charge for delivery:

Postcodes: KW, HS, ZE, GY, JE, IM, PO30, PO31, PO32, PO33, PO34, PO35, PO36, PO37, PO38, PO39, PO40:
Delivery Fee: £99.95
General deliveries are dispatched through third party couriers, and arrive Monday - Friday, 7am - 8pm. The Product will be handed over by a single delivery person, still in its packaging, which you will then need to dispose of.
For larger items, we may use a pallet delivery company that will deliver the order on a pallet as close as they can get to your door. Please note, the order will be left kerbside on a pallet. You are responsible for making arrangements to carry the furniture into your property and disposing of the wooden pallet.
Make sure you examine your item(s) within 48 hours from delivery to check over the goods and report any non-manufacturing defects such as damage in transit. The seller will not be liable for any damage reported after this time.
For security reasons we usually use couriers who offer traceable deliveries. In most instances, we will be able to provide a 2-hour window slot on the day of delivery. If you are not at home then the couriers may leave it in a "safe place" or with a neighbour unless you specifically advise us not to. If you have any special delivery instructions then please email us before you place your order.
Failed / Cancelled Deliveries
You are free to cancel the order, without charge, at any point up until the item has been marked as “dispatched”. (usually, the same or next working day after the order was placed). After the order has been dispatched it is your responsibility to make yourself available to receive the order within a reasonable timescale.
If you cancel the order after dispatch then you have 2 options, you can either accept the delivery or make arrangements to return it back to our warehouse in Runcorn at your own cost. Or you can reject the order and we can plan to return with the third-party couriers. In this instance, you would be liable for the returns fee of £40 for parcel deliveries (smaller items such as a coffee table, bedside cabinets etc) / £90 pallet deliveries (larger items such as TV units, sideboards, garden furniture, sofas, beds etc).
If a delivery date has been agreed with the courier (booked in service) or you have received a tracking notification from the parcel couriers indicating a delivery date, then it is your responsibility to be at home and be able to accept the goods via kerbside delivery. A failed delivery fee will be issued if; i) there is nobody at home to accept the delivery or ii) the delivery is rejected. In this case, we would plan to return the goods back to our warehouse and a returns fee will be issued (£40 parcel delivery or £90 pallet delivery).
It is your responsibility to ensure the information you have provided is accurate and up to date. A return fee will be charged for failed deliveries due to you providing the incorrect details at check out (such as a delivery address, phone number etc). The couriers will hold the goods at the delivery depot for a maximum of 7 days and if they cannot contact you on the details you have provided or you cannot accept the delivery within this time-scale, then the items will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund minus the returns fee.
