Delivery & Returns

Delivery is free to most parts of the UK however there are some areas where we do have to charge for delivery:

Postcodes: KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, TR, PL, CT, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland:
Delivery Fee: £49.50

Isle of Man, Channel Islands:
Delivery Fee: £120

One-man delivery

General deliveries are dispatched through third party couriers, and arrive Monday - Friday, 7am - 8pm. The Product will be handed over by a single delivery person, still in its packaging, which you will then need to dispose of.

For larger items, we use a pallet delivery company who will deliver the order on a pallet as close as they can get to your door. Please note, the order will be left kerbside on a pallet. You are responsible for making arrangements to carry the furniture into your property and disposing of the wooden pallet. 

Make sure you examine your item(s) on arrival before you sign for them to confirm delivery. After signing for the receipt of the goods we can only be liable for manufacturing defects (not accidental damage). 

For security reasons we use couriers who offer traceable deliveries. In most instances we will be able to provide a 2 hour window slot on the day of delivery. If you are not at home then the couriers may leave it in a "safe place" or with a neighbour unless you specifically advise us not to. If you have any special delivery instructions then please make a note at check out. 

Returns & refunds

We hope you love your new furniture, but if it’s not as desired, simply contact us within fourteen calendar days of receipt (starting the day after you have received your delivery) for a no-quibble refund. It is customers responsibility to arrange the return at own expense back to our warehouse address: MS Global Trading, C/O Helsby and Longden, Unit 5 Ashville Way, Sutton Weaver, Runcorn, WA7 3EZ.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We would recommend using a courier who deals with fragile goods as it is customers responsibility to ensure the item is returned undamaged. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on a mattress if it has been unpacked.  

Failed / Cancelled Deliveries

If pre-delivery has been booked in and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer not being at home or refusing then we can either redeliver again with a re-delivery fee or return the item back to the seller for a returns fee depending on the size and weight of product. The standard returns rate is £40 for a parcel delivery and £80 for a pallet delivery. In this instance we will issue you with a refund minus the returns fee. This also applies to failed parcel deliveries if the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel on 2 or more occasions it will be returned back to the supplier and the customer will be liable for a £40 returns fee.

If you cancel an order after its been dispatched then you can either accept the delivery and make your own arrangements to return at your own cost or we can contact the couriers and make arrangements to return back to our warehouse at £40 for a parcel delivery and £80 for a pallet delivery.
