Is this pergola fully waterproof?
The pergola is designed to provide shade and shelter for outdoor use, but it should not be treated like a fully sealed conservatory or house extension. With the louvres closed, rainwater is channelled into the frame and away through the posts, and the double-layered roof adds extra protection — but in heavy or wind-driven rain some water ingress can still occur around the edges.
Does it come with windscreens?
No — this is the frame-only configuration, supplied without windscreens. Compatible retractable windscreens, louvre screens, wind blinds and sliding doors are available separately, so you can add exactly what you need for your space. Contact our team if you'd like help choosing the right accessories for the 3×3m.
Does it need to be fixed to the ground?
Yes — for safety and stability the pergola should be securely fixed to a suitable solid base, such as a concrete pad, paving or a substantial patio. It is not designed to stand freely without being anchored.
Is assembly required?

What colour is it, and does the LED lighting change colour?
