**Professional Installation Services** We offer professional installation services across the UK mainland. Our pergolas can be installed on various surfaces, including concrete, wood, and paving stones. You can choose to place your pergola next to your house or have it freestanding.

Please select the service you require from the drop-down menu. This includes Frame Only or Frame Plus Bolt-On to the ground option.  

**Delivery Options** If you prefer delivery only, our nationwide delivery service will deliver your pergola quickly and hassle-free. For in-stock products, we typically deliver within 6 working days of order confirmation. 

For pre-ordered items, estimated delivery dates will be provided on product pages and in your email confirmation. We will notify you closer to the delivery date when your item is on its way. Please note that delivery lead times may vary based on your requested installation requirements, and we will keep you updated throughout the process via phone and email.

**Pre-Installation Requirements** To avoid delays, extra charges, or potential installation issues, ensure your site is fully prepared before the scheduled installation date. This includes levelling the ground and clearing any obstacles. 

1. **Base Preparation:** For smooth installation and optimal performance, a flat and level base with a maximum slope of 10 mm in any one direction is essential for proper drainage. Slopes exceeding this or running in multiple directions can cause issues or prevent installation. 
2. **Recommended Base Options:** Smooth flag paving, timber or composite decking, or concrete foundations.
3. **Base Stability:** Paving must have solid cement or concrete underneath foot positions, and decking requires solid timber joists beneath the surface. Please note that side screen alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven surfaces. 
4. **Power Supply:** Customers are responsible for arranging for their electrician to install electric pergolas and heaters. Our team will secure the heaters but will not handle any electrical wiring.
5.  **Site Access:** Customers must prepare access to the site, including parking and clearing any obstacles. Thank you for choosing our services!
