Professional Pergola Installation

Professional Pergola Installation Service – UK Mainland

Take the Stress Out of Your Pergola Purchase

Make your pergola project simple, seamless, and hassle-free with our professional installation service, available across the UK mainland.

Our experienced installation team will handle the hard work for you, so you can enjoy your new outdoor space with confidence and peace of mind.

Whether you’re ordering a standard pergola frame, bolt-down installation, or a more specialist surface fitting, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible from start to finish.

What’s Included

Our trained installers can fit your pergola on a wide range of suitable surfaces, including:

  • Concrete
  • Smooth paving slabs
  • Timber decking
  • Composite decking
  • Porcelain patios*

*Please note: porcelain installations require specialist tools and fixings, so the porcelain option must be selected where applicable.

Choose Your Installation Option

Please select the most suitable option from the dropdown menu:

Frame Only

Professional installation of the pergola frame and any compatible accessories.

Frame + Bolt-Down Fixings

Includes full pergola installation plus secure ground fixing for added stability.

Important:
If your pergola is being installed onto porcelain, you must select the porcelain bolt-down option, as this requires specialist drilling equipment and carries a higher installation cost.

📋 Pre-Installation Requirements

To ensure your installation runs smoothly and to avoid delays, failed visits, or additional charges, please read the following carefully before booking.

Base Preparation

The installation surface must be:

  • Flat
  • Solid
  • Level

There must be no more than a 30mm slope in any direction across the installation area.

Suitable bases include:

  • Smooth paving slabs
  • Concrete foundations
  • Timber decking with strong supporting joists
  • Composite decking with suitable structural support

Important notes:

  • Any paving or slabs must have solid concrete beneath the fixing points
  • Decking must be supported by strong timber joists or an appropriate structural base
  • Side screen / blind alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven or imperfect surfaces

If the surface is found to be unsuitable on arrival, the installation may not be able to proceed.

If the base is not suitable for installation, the visit will be classed as a failed installation and installation charges will still apply.

Power Supply

If you are purchasing an electric pergola, motorised roof, LED lighting, or heater, you will need your own qualified electrician to install a suitable outdoor power supply.

Our installation team does not carry out electrical work.

Site Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that access is suitable for both delivery and installation.

Please make sure that:

  • There is clear access to the installation area
  • There is sufficient room for the installers to safely carry and position the components
  • Any obstacles, furniture, planters, bins, or obstructions are removed in advance
  • Suitable parking is available nearby where possible

If access restrictions prevent the installation team from completing the work, this may result in a failed installation visit, and charges may still apply.

⚠ Important Safety, Product & Warranty Conditions

To protect both the quality of the installation and your warranty, the following conditions apply:

  • The pergola must remain in its original, unopened packaging until our installers arrive
  • If the product has been opened, unpacked, assembled, modified, moved, or damaged in any way, you must notify us in writing before booking installation
  • If undisclosed prior handling is discovered and affects the condition or installability of the product, the installer reserves the right to refuse installation

If installation cannot be completed due to:

  • unsuitable base conditions
  • access restrictions
  • opened / damaged / incomplete product
  • site not being ready
  • any other issue outside of our control

…it will be treated as a failed installation.

In these cases:

  • delivery and installation charges may still apply
  • any replacement parts required may be charged separately
  • any return, re-attendance, or aborted labour costs may also be chargeable

🚚 Installation Lead Times

We offer both delivery-only and delivery + installation options across the UK mainland.

Delivery + Installation

If you select our professional installation service, please note that installation is typically scheduled within approximately 3 weeks from the date your stock lands into our warehouse.

This is because your order must first be:

  • received into stock
  • checked and prepared
  • allocated to the installation team
  • planned into the next suitable installation route

While we always aim to install as quickly as possible, all installation dates are subject to:

  • installer availability
  • regional scheduling
  • route planning
  • weather / operational factors where applicable

Once your stock has landed and your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.

📅 Installation Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once your installation date has been agreed and confirmed, our team will allocate:

  • labour
  • vehicles
  • route planning
  • installation time

Specifically for your order.

Important:

If you cancel, postpone, or refuse your installation within 48 hours of the agreed installation date, installation charges will still apply, as the booking will already have been scheduled and planned.

This also applies if our team attends and is unable to complete the installation due to:

  • unsuitable base preparation
  • restricted or unsafe access
  • the area not being ready
  • packaging already being opened or product condition issues
  • any other site-related issue outside of our control

In these cases, the visit will be treated as a failed installation, and charges may still apply.
