Our experienced delivery and assembly team will unpack, build and position your furniture for you — covering everything from corner sofa sets and dining sets to loungers, chairs, stools and table frames. In most cases, delivery and assembly take place during the same appointment, making the whole process as simple and convenient as possible.

Important — fire pit tables: Where your set includes a fire pit table, our team will assemble the table frame and furniture structure only. For safety and liability reasons, our team will not connect gas bottles, pipes, hoses or regulators; add lava rocks or decorative media; or commission, test or operate the fire pit in any way. The customer is fully responsible for reading and following the manufacturer's instruction manual before using the fire pit. All gas components must be connected and operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

How It Works

1. Add the service to your order

Select the assembly service at checkout alongside your garden furniture. It's important to add it at the same time so we can coordinate delivery and assembly in a single visit wherever possible.

2. We confirm your appointment

Once your furniture is in stock and ready, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery and assembly date. We work around your availability and aim to give you as much notice as possible.

3. Delivery and assembly take place

Our team arrives, unpacks your furniture and builds all the main frames. In most cases delivery and assembly happen during the same visit — occasionally they may be arranged on separate days depending on location and route scheduling.

4. Furniture positioned and checked

Your assembled furniture is placed in your preferred location, and the team carries out a quick visual check to confirm everything is level, secure and correctly built before they leave.

5. Enjoy your garden

Packaging is stacked neatly to one side and your furniture is ready to use. No tools, no instruction manuals, no heavy lifting — just your new outdoor space exactly as it should be.

Before Your Assembly Appointment

To keep your appointment running smoothly and avoid delays or additional charges, please make sure the following are in place before our team arrives:

Site Access
Please ensure there is clear, safe access to the assembly area via all paths, gates, driveways and parking areas. If access is restricted, unsafe or blocked, a failed visit charge may apply.
Assembly Area
The area where your furniture is to be assembled must be clear, stable and suitable. Our team cannot work in an unsafe or unsuitable space. Please remove any existing furniture, planters or obstacles in advance.
Product Packaging
Your furniture must remain in its original, unopened packaging until our team arrives. If the set has been previously unpacked, assembled, modified or moved in any way, please notify us in writing before your appointment is booked.

Delivery & Assembly Timeframe

Delivery and assembly will take place within 10 working days from the advertised stocking date, unless otherwise stated. Our team will contact you in advance to confirm your appointment date and time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Once your delivery and assembly date has been confirmed, our team will have allocated labour, a vehicle and route planning specifically for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations or postponements within 48 hours of the confirmed date may still incur the full assembly charge. This also applies if our team arrives and is unable to complete the assembly due to access issues, an unsuitable assembly area, packaging requirements not being met, or any other site-related issue outside of our control. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a failed visit and charges may still apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will delivery and assembly happen on the same day?

In most cases, yes — delivery and assembly are completed in the same appointment. However, depending on your location and route scheduling, they may occasionally be arranged on separate days. Our team will confirm the details when booking your appointment.

Does assembly include fitting the rain cover or accessories?

No — the assembly service covers the main furniture frames only (sofas, dining sets, loungers, chairs, stools and table frames). Fitting rain covers, weather covers or loose accessories is not included. These are straightforward to fit yourself and instructions are provided.

My set includes a fire pit table — will the team set it up fully?

Our team will assemble the table frame and furniture structure. However, for safety and liability reasons, they cannot connect gas components, add lava rocks or decorative media, or commission and test the fire pit. The fire pit gas setup must be carried out by the customer in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction manual.

Can the team move my existing garden furniture out of the way?

Moving existing furniture is not included in this service. Please ensure the assembly area is clear before our team arrives. If the area isn't ready and the team cannot complete the assembly safely, the visit may be treated as a failed appointment.
