The right hand corner sofa, two stools and bench arrive fully assembled — no build required for the seating. Everything is crafted from extra-thick mixed grey PE rattan woven over a powder-coated, rust-resistant aluminium frame, with thick high-density grey cushions designed for extended outdoor comfort.
A free Oxford rain cover (RRP £75) is included as standard, and every set is backed by a 5-year structural warranty. The clip-on regulator and gas hose are supplied — you only need to purchase a 5kg Propane gas bottle separately.

How does the rising table work, and does it lock at both heights?
The table uses a lift-and-lock mechanism that holds it securely at either position — 53cm for use as a coffee table, or 74cm for dining. Two people are required to raise and lower the table safely. Once locked at either height, the table is stable for both dining and drinks.
Does the seating arrive fully assembled?
Yes — the corner sofa, both stools and the bench all arrive fully assembled, ready to position and use immediately. The rising fire pit table requires minimal assembly only. All fixings and instructions are included.
What gas does the fire pit use, and is it included?
The fire pit requires a 5kg Propane gas bottle. The clip-on regulator and gas hose are supplied with the set — you only need to purchase the gas bottle itself, which is widely available from DIY stores, garden centres and supermarkets. Always use Propane (not Butane) for outdoor use in UK temperatures.
Can the fire pit table be used as a normal dining table when the fire isn't on?
Yes — remove the glass wind guard and fold down the fitted metal plate and the table converts to a full flat dining surface. Raise it to 74cm for dining height or keep it at 53cm as a coffee table. Always ensure the fire pit is fully off and cool before adjusting the height or placing the lid.
