To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please prepare your space before our team arrives:
1. Site Access
Please ensure there’s clear access for our team — including paths, gates, and parking spaces. If access is restricted or furniture cannot be moved safely to the assembly area, a failed visit charge may apply.
2. Product Condition
Your furniture must remain in its original packaging until our installers arrive.
If the set has been previously unpacked, assembled, or modified, please notify us in advance.
Disposal of any packaging (the drivers can usually take it for an extra £10 to be paid to them on the day)
Moving existing or old furniture
Fixing items to walls or floors
Electrical work (please arrange separately if required)
Please note: This service covers garden furniture only (sofas, dining sets, loungers, chairs, and similar items).
It does not apply to pergolas — pergolas require a separate specialist installation service.
