The furniture looks amazing, very cosmopolitan ! Had so many compliments from friends & family. Casa Maria Designs, great service ETA of furniture up to 6 days. But turned up within 48 HRs. Our furniture did have a minor fault with catch for fire pit enclosure & chip on corner of table. When we contacted Casa Maria, their customer service was amazing and dealt with very quickly. They were extremely apologetic for items turning up with faults. As usually items turn up in pristine condition. Offered to replace or could have partial refund.. This is a beautiful furniture set goes really well in my garden. Great quality & easy to assemble
After a very bumpy start where I ordered on May 7th 2024 and my delivery got given to someone else to then find casamaria were sold out so had to wait 2 months to receive a new set on the 9th July it finally arrived. Was a little apprehensive about putting it together but it was VERY simple and had all the seating finished in just over an hour. The ******** of the table with fire pit took a little longer as it fiddly and the instructions are a little vague . It eventually all went together in about an hour and a half and once placed in my garden looks absolutely fabulous. One thing I need to add is when it’s delivered it comes in 4 boxes .The biggest box is huge and was unable to get through the door opening or down my narrow garden ally so had to unpack it all on my front garden and take all pieces in manually Not a complaint just a warning to most with normal sized entrances
Delivery was prompt and the furniture is lovely I’m really happy with the quality. Looks lovely in my garden.
