How many people does it seat?
The 200 × 100 cm table comfortably seats six with generous elbow room — three along each long side. For a dinner party or occasion, eight is comfortable. The single X-base means no corner legs, so every position around the table is equally good. The extra 100 cm depth compared to most dining tables gives everyone more room for plates, glasses and serving dishes.
Will my table look exactly like the photos?
The shape, curved edges, hand-painted rim and X-base will be consistent. The natural mango wood grain pattern, tonal variation and any small natural markings will differ between pieces — this is a feature of genuine handmade solid wood furniture, not a quality concern. Your table will have the same form and finish, but its own distinct grain character.
Does it require assembly?
Some assembly is required — primarily attaching the X-base to the underside of the tabletop. This is straightforward and all fixings and instructions are included. Given the size and weight of the tabletop (200 × 100 cm at 5.5 cm thick), we strongly recommend two people for assembly and positioning.
Are chairs included?
Chairs are not included and are sold separately. The curved edge and hand-painted rim give this table a slightly more dressed character than a raw industrial top, so it pairs particularly well with upholstered dining chairs — velvet, linen or leather all work.
