What does "natural rough-textured finish" actually mean?
Rather than being sanded to a smooth, uniform surface, the mango wood top is hand-finished to retain its natural texture — the grain lines, slight irregularities and character marks that come from real timber. It's a deliberately raw, tactile surface that looks more interesting than a polished one and improves with use. It's not damaged or unfinished — it's intentionally made this way.
Will my table look exactly like the photos?
The shape and construction will be consistent, but the grain pattern, tonal variation and natural markings will differ between pieces. Every tabletop is cut from natural mango wood, so each one is genuinely unique. The photos show the character of the surface and base — your table will have the same form and materials but its own individual grain story.
How many people does it seat?
The 180 × 90 cm rectangular table comfortably seats six people — three along each long side. The double X-base means there are no corner legs to contend with, so all six positions are equally comfortable. If you need to seat more for an occasion, it's easy to add a folding or extending table at one end.
Does it require assembly?
Some assembly is required — primarily attaching the X-base to the tabletop. This is straightforward and all fixings and instructions are included. We recommend two people for assembly and final positioning given the size and weight of the tabletop.
Are chairs included?
