Is this made from solid wood or a wood effect?
The Bohemia is constructed from solid mango wood — not MDF, chipboard or wood-effect veneer. Mango is a dense, durable hardwood with a naturally attractive grain. Because it's solid wood, each piece will have its own character — slight grain variation and tonal differences are a feature of genuine solid wood furniture, not a fault.
Is the rattan natural or synthetic?
The door panels are woven from natural cane rattan — the same material used in designer and vintage furniture pieces. This is not the PE plastic rattan used in garden furniture. Natural cane rattan has a warmer, more textured quality and is a premium material in its own right.
Where can this sideboard be used?
The Bohemia is designed for indoor use only and works across a range of settings — dining rooms, living rooms, wide hallways and home offices. At 172 cm wide it makes an impressive statement in larger spaces, but the tapered legs and curved ends keep it feeling light rather than bulky. This is an indoor piece and should not be used in conservatories with high humidity or outdoors.
