Our trained team can install your pergola on a variety of surfaces, including concrete, wood, porcelain, composite decking and paving stones.
From the drop-down menu, select the option you need:
Frame Only – standard installation including frame and windscreens
Frame + Bolt-On – includes secure ground fixing (including porcelain)
To ensure a smooth installation (and avoid extra costs or delays), please prepare your site before our team arrives:
Base Preparation
The surface must be flat and level with no more than a 30 mm slope in any direction.
Suitable bases: smooth flag paving, timber or composite decking, or concrete foundations.
Paving must have solid cement/concrete underfoot positions.
Decking must have strong timber joists beneath.
Side screen alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven bases.
Power Supply
For electric pergolas and heaters, you’ll need your own qualified electrician.
Site Access
Ensure there’s clear access for our team, including parking and removal of any obstacles.
The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging until our installers arrive.
If the product has been opened, assembled, modified, or damaged in any way, you must notify us in writing before placing your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery and installation access is suitable. If access restrictions prevent our installers from completing the work, the customer will be responsible for all related costs.
If undisclosed prior handling is discovered or results in damage, the installer reserves the right to refuse installation.
If installation cannot be completed due to access issues or product condition, it will be deemed a failed installation. In such cases, delivery and installation fees (up to 100% of the total cost) will still apply, and any replacement parts will be billed separately.
