Please allow the mattress time to settle and reach its intended shape, feel and comfort level following delivery. It may take approximately two to three months of use for the mattress to reach its optimum comfort level.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we can only accept a return on mattresses which are still factory wrapped, unopened and unused.
