Our trained installers can fit your pergola on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, timber, porcelain, composite decking and paving stones.
Simply choose the option you need from the dropdown menu:
Frame Only – Standard installation of the pergola frame and windscreens
Frame + Bolt-On Fixings – Includes secure ground fixing for added stability
(Please select the porcelain option if required, as specialist tools are needed and this carries a higher cost)
To ensure a smooth installation and avoid delays or additional charges, please prepare your site before our team arrives.
The base must be flat, solid and level, with no more than a 30mm slope in any direction
Suitable bases include:
Smooth paving slabs
Timber or composite decking
Concrete foundations
Paving must have solid concrete beneath fixing points
Decking must be supported by strong timber joists
Side screen alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven surfaces
If the base is not suitable for installation, the installation will be classed as a failure, and all installation charges will still apply.
Power Supply
For electric pergolas and heaters, you’ll need your own qualified electrician to install an outdoor power supply.
Site Access
Ensure there’s clear access for our team, including parking and removal of any obstacles.
The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging until our installers arrive.
If the product has been opened, assembled, modified, or damaged in any way, you must notify us in writing before placing your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery and installation access is suitable. If access restrictions prevent our installers from completing the work, the customer will be responsible for all related costs.
If undisclosed prior handling is discovered or results in damage, the installer reserves the right to refuse installation.
If installation cannot be completed due to access issues or product condition, it will be deemed a failed installation. In such cases, delivery and installation fees (up to 100% of the total cost) will still apply, and any replacement parts will be billed separately.
